This is a quick-and-dirty traffic counter using layer 7 classification. It uses the protocol definitions from the l7-filter project. It provides statistics in bytes and packets per second for each protocol definition requested. Useful for Layer 7 auditing of your network without the need for an inline Linux router using the l7-filter project.
